OnBrief features original editorial descriptions of publicly available advertising campaigns. We archive campaign images and videos from public sources for editorial and archival purposes. We claim no ownership of third-party media.
If you are the rights holder (or authorized representative) for content featured on OnBrief and would like it removed, please submit the form below.
To process your request, we need your identity, your relationship to the content, the specific campaign, the nature of the claim, and (where applicable) a link to supporting documentation such as a registration certificate or authorization letter.
If content you posted was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice by emailing admin@onbrief.ad with: (1) identification of the removed material, (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, (3) your name, address, and phone number, and (4) consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant.
OnBrief maintains records of valid complaints. Sources or agencies associated with repeated valid takedown requests may be excluded from future crawling and archival.
Note: OnBrief's formal DMCA designated agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is pending. This form serves as our copyright complaint intake process.
