Welcome to OnBrief. By accessing or using our service at onbrief.ad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

OnBrief is a searchable archive of advertising campaigns organized by creative strategy taxonomy. We provide original editorial descriptions and analysis of publicly available advertising campaigns.

2. Third-Party Media

OnBrief archives campaign images and videos from publicly accessible agency portfolio pages, award entries, and press coverage for editorial and archival purposes. We claim no ownership of third-party media. All archived media links back to the original source where available.

If you are a rights holder and wish to have content removed, please see our Content Removal Policy. We respond to all valid removal requests within 10 business days.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. OnBrief reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) systematically scrape or bulk-download content from OnBrief; (b) republish OnBrief editorial descriptions without attribution; (c) use the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (d) attempt to circumvent the metered paywall or access controls.

5. Intellectual Property

Campaign descriptions on OnBrief are original editorial content. The 12-dimension creative strategy taxonomy is proprietary to OnBrief. OnBrief is not affiliated with the brands or agencies featured on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

OnBrief is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
